Jack spent 22 years as Dave Ramsey’s Senior Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer & Operating Board Member as the company grew from a startup to over 1,000 people.
Today, Jack is a business coach that specializes in simplifying people problems in businesses. Jack says that “If we’ll just get the people part right, growing the business isn’t that hard.” When he’s not solving people problems, you can find him on his farm in College Grove, TN with his wife and eight children.
