THE COST OF PEOPLE PROBLEMS
4 WAYS I HELP LEADERS
MY GOAL IS TO FIRST HELP YOU QUICKLY WITHOUT ONGOING COACHING IF THAT WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS.
But if your needs are better met by us walking together for six to twelve months, and if we both agree I am a good fit for what you need, you have my word that I will pour the 50,000 hours of first hand experience I have straight into your situation to really solve these complicated problems in the right ways.
Jack Galloway is among a group of leaders who became world class and grew our little company into a national brand. We had a lot of adventures along the way and Jack became known amongst our leadership team for his incredible servant leadership and people skills. He eventually became our Chief People Officer and we miss him greatly.

WHO REALLY NEEDS COACHING?
Asking a coach if you need coaching can be like asking a barber if you need a haircut lol. What makes me different is that I only work with a (very) few paying coaching clients at a time so that I can dive in deep and really get them back to high ground.
With most leaders, I really try and see if I can solve their immediate problems over coffee in a couple of hours and I don’t charge anything for that. I love business, I love people and if I can make a new friend and help you feel more confident about some tough decisions or problems, I am glad to do that.
Where coaching starts to make sense is when the ROI of solving the problems quickly is higher than the value of what you pay for the coaching. Maybe better said, coaching makes a lot of sense when we can spend thousands to save millions.
EXAMPLES OF PROBLEMS THAT FIT THIS DESCRIPTION WOULD INCLUDE:

WHO I WORK WITH
WHILE EVERY BUSINESS IS UNIQUE, THE THREE TYPES OF BUSINESSES I NORMALLY WORK WITH ARE:
Businesses that are growing, maybe growing faster than their ability to keep their people game strong. Top and bottom lines are growing but there’s a risk of a setback if we don’t address some of the people issues.
Organizations that have been successful in the past. Top and bottom lines are still solid; but there’s a risk the culture and energy will deteriorate and A+ players will leave if we don’t address the people issues.
COMPANIES WITH AN
A company that needs help with a specific problem, project or initiative before they can lift their head up to look further out. Mediation between key leaders, hiring a key role, or some other immediate pressing need.
Whatever your need is, I’m glad to invest some time to understand it with you, talk about ways to help and if we both feel like coaching is the best way to help you, I promise to use everything I’ve learned about people in business to help you be successful.
Jack is a leader of leaders. He has the ability to identify problems other people miss, communicate them clearly and compassionately, and move people forward to solutions quickly. He not only improves the organization as a whole, he makes each individual person a stronger leader in the process. I’m so thankful to know and have worked with Jack!

HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST?
I am a guy that loves business and enjoys talking about investments and ROI. If there were a one-size-fits-all cost, I would certainly display it because I know that's what I would want if I were in your seat. But I really have found the needs of each business to be unique enough that guessing at a cost does you a disservice.
What I do instead is to spend time with you to learn about the pain points and opportunities of your business and find out what is most important to you.
ONCE I LEARN ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR NEEDS,
I WILL GIVE YOU A CLEAR PROPOSAL, INCLUDING:
➤ THE PROBLEMS WE WANT TO SOLVE
I'M READY TO APPLY
➤ WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
➤ HOW MUCH TIME THAT MIGHT TAKE
➤ THE INVESTMENT REQUIRED TO GET IT DONE
THE NEXT STEP
This is for me to learn more about you, your company, your situation and how I can best help. All of the fields are optional; but the more you tell me, the more I’ll know as I begin thinking about how to help.
